Terms and Conditions

ProofIt is operated by nikvizTech, a registered proprietorship based in Tamil Nadu, India ("we," "us," "ProofIt"). By using ProofIt, you agree to these Terms.

What ProofIt does.

ProofIt helps two parties — a person offering work ("Worker") and a person requesting work ("Hirer") — create a short digital contract describing the work, timeline, and payment, and provides escrow payment protection through our payment partner so the Hirer's payment is held securely until the work is confirmed.

Eligibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use ProofIt.

Your account.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any OTP/verification codes confidential. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Contracts formed on ProofIt.

Each contract you create or accept through ProofIt is a binding agreement between you and the other party — not between you and ProofIt. ProofIt provides the platform and escrow mechanism; we are not a party to the underlying work agreement and don't guarantee the quality, legality, or completion of any work.

Payments and escrow.

Hirer payments are held in escrow via our payment partner until released per the contract terms, worker delivery confirmation, mutual agreement, or dispute resolution outcome. Any platform fees will be clearly shown before you confirm a contract.

Prohibited use.

You may not use ProofIt for unlawful purposes, to defraud another user, or to process payments unrelated to genuine work described in a contract.

Disputes between users.

If a Hirer and Worker disagree about delivered work, ProofIt provides a dispute-resolution process within the platform. Our decision on fund release in a dispute is made in good faith based on evidence provided by both parties.

Limitation of liability.

ProofIt is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from another user's conduct.

Termination.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of ProofIt after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
