Shipping Policy

ProofIt is a service platform connecting Workers and Hirers for work-based contracts — we do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

"Delivery" on ProofIt refers to a Worker submitting completed work (files, links, or confirmation of completed work) through the platform, within the timeline agreed in the contract. There is no physical shipping, courier, or logistics process involved in any ProofIt transaction.
